Not happy with your plan? Ask within 14 days of any payment, and we'll refund it in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@maowl.app from the address you use to manage your plan. Any payment counts, whether it's your first purchase, a renewal, or added seats. You don't need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

A refund ends your plan right away, but we never delete your models. Your first three models online stay editable, and you can still open the rest to view them or save them as files.

Canceling without a refund

You can cancel anytime from Account › Billing and invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the consumer laws where you live, including any right to withdraw from a purchase or get a refund.
