Prices in euros include VAT. Prices in US dollars don't include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Buying for a business? Add your VAT number at checkout, and if your business qualifies, we won't charge VAT.
Questions
Do the people I share a model with need to pay?
No. Your plan covers every model you own, so the people you invite only need a free account. Up to two people besides you can edit each model, and anyone else you invite can view it. On a Team plan, every teammate you invite can edit a team model, and so can up to two people outside the team.
What happens to my models if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, the first three models you saved online stay editable. The rest become view-only for everyone until you subscribe again or bring your online models back down to three. You can still save any model as a file.
Does Team support single sign-on?
Yes. Verify your company's email domain with a DNS record, then choose how your people sign in: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any identity provider that supports OpenID Connect. You can require it for everyone at your domain and let new people join the team when they first sign in. Team also gives you an audit log of who did what, kept for a year, and controls for sharing and AI assistants.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes, on a yearly Team plan with five or more seats. Enter your company's details when you choose the plan, and your team can start right away. Stripe emails you the invoice, with your purchase order number if you add one. Invoices are in euros in Europe and in dollars everywhere else, and they're due in 30 days. You can pay by bank transfer or card. If you'd rather pay by card at checkout, you'll still get an invoice with your company's VAT number. Need more than 500 seats or custom terms? Who handles payments?
Stripe processes payments, calculates tax, and issues invoices for us. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see them. You can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel from your Maowl account.
